We want every NOVORA ritual to feel right for you. If your Ritual Roller doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right — no complicated process, no questions asked.

How It Works

  1. Email us at hello@novora.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Tell us your order number and a brief note on your experience.
  3. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No return shipping required. We trust you, and we stand behind our product.

  • The 30-day window begins from the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases. For repeat orders, please contact us and we'll always do our best to help.
  • Bundle products are covered under the same guarantee — if you're not satisfied with any item in a bundle, reach out and we'll find a fair resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at hello@novora.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
