We want your NOVORA Ritual Roller to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) delays may occur.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.


Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

We take full responsibility for orders that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

Damaged items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at trynovora@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost parcels: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

NOVORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about applicable duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Important Notes

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
  • NOVORA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
